Online webinar ,

A4ID’s interactive training webinar, Monitoring & Evaluation Methods for Trainings, is designed to support legal and judicial specialists to formulate and deliver effective and efficient strategies for evaluating capacity building training activities, as part of international development interventions.

With the use of a practical case study, the webinar will provide an overview of the role of monitoring and evaluation (M&E) in project planning. It will introduce participants to the use and design of different M&E methods for measuring both the effect of trainings on participant behaviour change, and the contribution of trainings to the realisation of an organisation’s long-term goals. These methods include pre- and post-testing, feedback surveys, observations, interviews and the ‘outcome harvesting’ approach, with particular focus placed on designing effective and reliable feedback surveys. The webinar will also introduce participants to good data analysis practices and highlight ways to ensure M&E findings are used to adapt and improve programmes, particularly training activities.

This free training webinar is part of a curriculum, developed by A4ID’s ROLE UK Programme, on best practices for development-centric legal technical assistance. The session will be delivered by A4ID’s Learning & Development and ROLE UK Programme teams.

If you are interested in attending this webinar, please email roleuk@a4id.org with the subject line: ‘M&E Training’. We will do our best to accommodate everyone who is interested in attending the training, but spaces will be limited, so we will allocate places on a first come, first served basis.
