Jessie Redfern is the ROLE UK Programme Support Assistant at A4ID. Providing financial, logistical and wider administrative support to the DFID-funded programme, Jessie supports the delivery of strategic rule of law interventions in developing countries, which harness pro bono legal and judicial expertise.
Jessie joins us from Equality and Diversity Forum and Concern Worldwide (UK), where she worked on human rights and international development projects and programmes. Jessie recently graduated from University College London with a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Spanish and Portuguese. While completing her degree, she spent 6 months in São Paulo where she worked for a translation company and as an English language teacher. Jessie uses her Spanish and Portuguese language skills volunteering with the Latin American community in London, at Alzheimer’s Society.
